I can sum it up pretty quick:
Many overdrafts because I counted a deposit twice for some stupid reason
Mowed a week after I should have on a rental, took twice as long as it should have
Plumbing trouble at a rental
Refrigerator trouble at another rental
On strike from cleaning house since no one else is-passive aggressivity at it's best/worst

don't get me started on overdraft fees..Bank of America hit me 150something worth a month ago, I swear I still haven't recovered financially.
