I love this picture!
For some reason this picture struck me-I visit this site called Shorpy-The 100-Year-Old Photo Blog and this was a picture posted the other day. Makes me want to go do something fun! The caption says:

She was a pretty lady, whoever she was. Maybe a bit eccentric too?
I agree, I'll bet she was very eccentric. What an amazing photograph tho, I have to look at that website.
